Question: How does your No Hit No Fee policy work?

Answer: For selected "Direct" searches we offer a No Hit No Fee policy which means that if your search produces no results we will not charge your CIS account. Please note that the funds will be not credited back to your credit card or PayPal account. This is an internal credit.
